FAQ
Anti Wrap Bars or commonly referred to as AWB is a link that connects the axle to the chassis. This is done a few different ways and is personal preference. AWB are needed as the torque generated by the motor is sent to the axles can cause the axles to twist or rotate. This puts extreme stress on the leaf springs and is often the most common reason for leaf failure. For any warranty claims AWB are required. It is important when using an AWB that the movement of the axle isn't impaired. The axle should be able to move up and down with no binding.
Twisted Fab Co does not offered AWB however A&M Garage, Kenny's Custom Crap and Merchant Metal Fab are all quality products that work well on long leaf equipped trucks.
If you broke Stage 2 or 3 leaf springs please start a chat on this website. Include pictures of the leaf spring that is damaged while it is still installed on the truck. This will start the replacement process and you will be asked to ship the original spring back.
For Stage 1 leaf springs - If they are not broken but in bad shape, start a chat and we can handle getting them fixed up for you. While this service is not covered under any warranty it is cheaper than buying new springs.
